Wet Laboratory Incubator Facilities

Sci-Tech want to share the exciting news that they are expanding their facilities at STFC/Sci-Tech Daresbury, to include grow-on facilities. In addition to their traditional incubations, wet lab facilities from 10 to 40m² for start-up, The STFC Vanguard wet laboratories, ranging from 60 – 70m², are designed to support growing up start-up companies in transitioning from smaller incubator spaces to larger facilities, before fully transitioning to commercial contracts.  

 

The key audiences that may benefit from this offering include expanding start-up companies moving out from smaller incubation structures, and various companies in need of project space, who want to develop a lab activity project. 

  

These laboratories are offered with similar flexible terms as their current incubator facilities, including one-year leases, included rates, low capital outlet, with access to shared equipment and campus facilities. Attached is a flyer with more detailed information.
