The Innervision Account Manager Model Programme is designed to support and accelerate the growth of businesses owned by individuals from Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic backgrounds.

This comprehensive programme offers tailored coaching, personalised growth strategies, and an integrated network of resources to help your business reach its full potential.

Eligibility for the programme: 

• 10 places Cohort 1 Business 0- two 2 years  and 10 places Cohort 2 two+ years.
• Living or Based in LCR Area.
• Must not have NOT completed a business support programme with anyone else in the last 12 months.
• Businesses, owned by individuals from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds.
• Business Status can be any business form (social enterprise, CIC, limited company by guarantee, LLP).
• Potential for growth, purpose, ambition and understanding of your market, for growth, for participation in the project.
• Preferably registered with companies house.
