Fair Employment Charter- opportunity for businesses

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority are looking for organisations of all sizes to join them on their journey to make the Liverpool City Region the fairest most equitable place in the country to work or run a business in, by becoming part of the Fair Employment Charter. There are 4 pillars of the charter which are Fair, Just, Inclusive and Healthy, and the charter is free to join.

By joining the Fair Employment Charter you’ll send a strong message to staff, customers, partners, and the public that your organisation is committed to the principle of fair employment, and you can also demonstrate key social value actions and commitments which are often necessary when applying for funding and other opportunities to help your organisation to grow and develop
