Employer Standards – FREE tool

InvestSefton is working with social value organisation, Elevate EBP, to explore how Sefton businesses can support and engage with our future workforce.

 

We know that businesses are facing difficulties in recruiting skilled workers and that they also want to support and develop opportunities for young people but often don’t know how to start the process. Elevate EBP are offering this FREE online tool, developed by the Careers and Enterprise Company, which will help you identify opportunities for young people in your business and attract the right talent:

 

FREE Online Employer Self-Assessment Tool

 

It takes approx. 25 mins to complete and you will receive a report including recommendations. It will also help you to understand and calculate the social value you are already producing as an employer. Further information about the self-assessment is attached.
