20/10/2020- Businesses urged to prepare for end of Brexit transition

The Department for Business has urged firms across the UK to take action as soon as possible to prepare for the end of the Brexit transition period on 31 December 2020. Businesses have been encouraged to use the Government’s online checker tool to identify the actions they will need to take. The tool covers a range of topics including changes to importing and exporting, hiring staff from the EU, and providing services in EU markets.
