09/04/2020- PPE call to action for businesses

The Growth Platform are working together with the Merseyside Resilience Forum to support their key role in coordinating the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) for frontline workers.

InvestSefton is working closely with Growth Platform (https://growthplatform.org/business-covid-19-advice/)

They have asked us to reach out to Sefton businesses who could help in supplying or donating equipment over the coming days and weeks.

Supplies particularly needed include:

• Hand sanitiser (at least 70 per cent alcohol based)
• Disposable gloves (vinyl – powder free)
• Disposable aprons
• Protective face masks (IIR, FFP2 or FFP3)
• Protective eye goggles/glasses and over spectacle glasses
• Visors
