Starting a business can be an exciting time, but getting the right guidance and support along your journey can make the difference when it comes to start up success.
Delivered in partnership through the six local authorities in the Liverpool City Region (Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, and Wirral) and funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF), a new online resource has been developed with lots of free advice and guidance for starting a business: Start a Business | Liverpool City Region | Growth Platform
InvestSefton can also offer 1:1 business start up support.
Merseyside Expanding Horizons and Safe Regeneration have been commissioned to deliver ‘Start Up Sefton’ business support for Sefton residents through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
This support can include:
- Understand the process of starting a business
- Research a business idea
- Build a comprehensive business plan
- Develop a marketing plan
- Create financial forecasts to understand the costs of running your business
- Identify sources of finance to get started
- Support businesses to grow.
