New online system for Business Rates

Business rate payers in Sefton can now access ‘My Account’ which enables you to view and manage your Business Rates account via a safe and secure online portal. 

My account enables Sefton residents to view and manage their Business Rates account online including:  

• View up-to-date account information
• Check balances, payments and view bills online
• Update bank details
• Switch to paperless billing
• Update contact details
• Report some changes including changes in liability
