Horizons Project

Horizons is dedicated to supporting SME’s across the Liverpool City Region who want to improve their competitiveness and productivity. The programme provides practical, hands on assistance that fosters economic growth and innovation. 

Horizons is a collaborative project between the University of Liverpool, John Moores University and Edge Hill University along with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority. 

Horizons is funded by the Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).
