Growth Catalyst- new programme open from May 2024

Applications for the next Growth Catalyst Programme are now open, for the programme starting on 15th May 2024. The deadline for applications is Friday 8th March 2024. 

Growth Catalyst is a 7 month leadership development programme for business owners/senior managers, in order to help the business to grow. 

The programme includes:

• A 2 day overnight leadership residential
• 6 hours of coaching.
• 7 masterclasses.
• 4 x three hour Action Learning set meetings.
• A Business Shadowing Exercise.
• 6 “Essential Skills” online workshops.
• A peer network of likeminded owner/managers

There is no charge for attending the programme, however there is an application and selection process to ensure that places are awarded to businesses that have plans for growth and are committed to meaningful change.
