I2S is a fully funded programme designed to drive SMEs’ growth by raising their internal capacity to innovate.
RTC North’s advisers will give an overview of innovate technologies and methodologies to define business strategy, understand customers and create value for them, improve project management and process innovation. Delegates can also benefit, on request, from a 1-2-1 surgery with advisers in order to define a tailored action plan.
This workshop is delivered by RTC North as part of the government backed Innovate1succeed programme which is jointly funded by Innovate UK and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The Innovate1succeed programme is fully-funded for SMEs with 250 or fewer staff and turnovers below £40 million, provides up to seven days of practical support.
