PowerPoint: “Every Picture Tells a Story “

This is a computer based training workshop using Office 2010 operating system. It’s aimed at those with little or no prior experience with PowerPoint and who might be selling face to face giving a company or product overview using a PowerPoint presentation or by an email where a company might prefer to use engaging graphics software rather than just words.
Two Modules
- Planning a Presentation – in this session we will look at how you should plan for the topic itself and the audience who you are expecting (Informing, Persuading, Selling)
- PowerPoint Essentials – this session assumes no prior knowledge of PowerPoint and will take you through the essentials of the application, including Creating Text Slides, Simple Graphics, Design Templates and Giving a Slide Show
This will be a small group of up to 10 delegates, so attendees will be able to receive 1:1 tuition and guidance on using the system throughout the workshop.
Priority for places on this event is given to small to medium sized private sector businesses (SME’s) based in the Sefton Council area that have been trading 1day+. Places are limited to one delegate per organisation.
